Tom Yum

This is a very simplified version of the beloved Tom Yum Soup. Add noodles for a more substantial meal or simply sip and enjoy as is. 

 

For one serve
  • 1 cup of MFMs Immune Booster Broth
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut milk
  • a generous squeeze of lime & sprinkle of chilli

Bring broth to a simmer in a small saucepan with the coconut milk and whisk to a frothy consistency. Finish by adding the lime and chilli to your heat preference.
