Made for Mothers Cleanse Soup is an Ayurvedic style vegan soup made with a healing botanical broth base and sesame oil, red lentils and a carotenoid rich blend of pumpkin & sweet potato. Lemongrass and ginger complement the sweet flavour profile and have warming effects on the body.
Handcrafted in small batches, we give careful consideration to the sourcing of everything in the MFM pot. We use organic produce and support local, regenerative farms.

Warm your soup by bringing it to a slight boil, stirring regularly, then immediately take it off the heat, cool and consume. I like to consume my Cleanse Soup as is. I also recommend topping it with a handful of nuts and seeds or even a sprinkle of your favourite spice mix.
