Classic Chicken Broth
Made for Mothers Classic Chicken Broth is reminiscent of Mediterranean flavours and imparts a wide range of phytonutrient benefits from the antioxidant rich parsley and nettle. This is a more subtle flavoured broth with a sweetness from the thyme that is warming to palettes of all ages.
Handcrafted in small batches, our broths are slowly simmered for 18 to 24 hours. Careful consideration is given to the sourcing of everything in the MFM pot. We use organic produce and 100% pastured chicken which have been humanely raised by local, regenerative farmers.

Warm your broth by bringing it to a slight boil, then immediately take it off the heat, cool and consume. I love to sip my Foundation Classic Chicken Broth as is. You can jazz it up with a squeeze of lemon, a handful of your favourite veg or a sprinkle of chopped garden herbs. Add low inflammatory grains such as brown rice, or even a poached egg or some lentils for a simple meal. I also recommend using it as a base to your cooking and in particular your Mediterranean style dishes like pasta sauces, gravies, risottos, roasts and casseroles.
