Such a satisfying bowl of warm and nourishing goodness made in no time at all. It is a Mediterranean classic and served in Italian homes, to nurture little ones, sick ones and loved ones for good reason.

For one serve
  • 1 cup of MFMs Classic Chicken Broth
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated parmesan
  • about a tablespoon chopped chives or parsley on top (optional) 
Whisk together egg and parmesan in a seperate bowl and set aside. Bring broth to a simmer in a small saucepan, then add in the egg and parmesan mixture and let it sit for a few seconds before vigourosly stirring to create egg ribbons in the broth. Finish by adding the herbs.
