Upgrade Elixir

Here’s a delicious little recipe 'how to' for your mfm elixir broth cubes. Practical little cubes which are a fabulous addition to your health regime. Make it a morning elixir instead of caffeine. An afternoon iced latte to replace snacking or any unhealthy afternoon habits. Or an evening elixir to curb post dinner sweet cravings.

Blend all ingredients together for one delicious cup.

  • 1-2 mfm elixir broth cubes (I used calming chai)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ghee or coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon nut butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 300mls boiling water for elixir or chilled for iced latte
