Combinations using mfms elixir broth cubes

Method

250mls of your choice of mylk, coconut water + broth cube OR 250mls of your homemade mylk with elixir broth cubes already added

1.5 tablespoon healthy fat

1.5 tablespoon soluble fibre

1/2 cup of complex carbs

optional healthy sweeteners

coconut yoghurt

sheeps or goats milk yoghurt

kefir

nut or seed butter

nuts or seeds

hemp seeds

flaxseed oil

 

Soluble Fibre

chia seeds

psyllium husks

flaxseeds

pumpkin seeds

lemon (include unwaxed rind)
