  • 1 mfm Calming Chai Broth Cube
  • 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
  •  1 cup oat mylk
  • 1.5 medium sized frozen bananas 
  • 1 small handful of ice
  • 2 dates
  • Chamomile + cinnamon sprinkled on top
