Wild Berry Smoothie

One of my favourite things about including a daily smoothie into my families repertoire is the benefit to our gut health, and thereby the functioning of our whole body systems. Made for Mother broth cubes, with their collagen rich protein and healing glycoproteins, are a fabulous smoothie foundation. In this little glass of deliciousness i've also added anti-oxidant rich berries, plenty of insoluble fiber to keep everything flowing and probiotic rich coconut yoghurt. A sprinkle of local bee pollen is the cherry on top of this delicious healthy treat!!

For two serves

  • 2 Made for Mothers Plain broth cubes
  • 1 cup frozen organic berries
  • 1 cup coconut yoghurt
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 tbsp psyllium husks
  • 2 dates
  • 1 tbsp bee pollen plus extra for the top
