Pickled Cucumbers

These divine little gems are a wonderful way to add some side veg to your cup off broth. Perfect in the hotter months. And just a wonderful way to make fast food healthy. 

Here we go...

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1/8 cup tamari
  • 1/4 cup of brown rice vinegar
  • Large splash of sesame oil (toasted is really yum!)
  • Large splash of maple syrup or a tablespoon brown sugar 
  • Chilli sauce or chilli flakes (to your tasting/tolerance)
