Pickled Cucumbers
These divine little gems are a wonderful way to add some side veg to your cup off broth. Perfect in the hotter months. And just a wonderful way to make fast food healthy.
Here we go...
- 1 large cucumber
- 1/8 cup tamari
- 1/4 cup of brown rice vinegar
- Large splash of sesame oil (toasted is really yum!)
- Large splash of maple syrup or a tablespoon brown sugar
- Chilli sauce or chilli flakes (to your tasting/tolerance)
