Heavenly chocolate hazelnut mylk

A classic combo, this homemade mylk concoction is completely satisfying on so many different levels. With special benefits coming from the gelatine and raw cacao, wattleseed and tremella in our mfm ceremonial cacao broth cubes.

Ingredients

Half cup hazelnuts ~ presoaked for 4 hours
2.5 cups water
4 mfm ceremonial cacao broth cubes
3 medjool dates
Pinch of salt

Method

Blend together and strain through a fine sieve.

Makes 750mls of rich cacao mylk that can be heated as an elixir but I would recommend enjoying it chilled as a pick me up at any time of the day.
