Heavenly Cacao Elixir
A little while ago one of my lovely mfm customers posted her go-to-recipe for our Turmeric Glow Elixir Broth Cubes. This heavenly cacao elixir is a warming cup with the consistency of a custard. Full of flavour, spice and warmth. It is a wonderful go-to-ritual for mornings, evenings or whenever you are in need of a decadent treat. Not to mention a transcendence into heart opening connection. Serves one.
- 1 mfm turmeric glow or calming chai elixir broth cube
- 1 heaped teaspoon nut butter (is used ABC)
- 50 grams raw cacao (preferably ceremonial grade, organic, fair trade)
- 125mls mylk (your choice - coconut milk is lovely!)
Heat everything up in a small saucepan, giving it a good stir as the cacao melts. Serve with rose petals, cacao nibs and transcend.
