Choc-mint Icy Poles
My little ones ask for ice creams almost everyday! Creating a healthy and delicious icy pole - sneaking spirulina, broccoli, kefir, chamomile and peppermint in - is a win-win situation. Kids LOVE them! These homemade choc mint one are made with our Green Goddess Smoothie broth cubes, you can double the recipe and use half for the icy poles and the other for a delicious smoothie.
For two smoothie serves which makes around six to eight icy poles depending on your moulds!
- 2 Made for Families Green Goddess Broth Cube
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 3 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tbsp psyllium husks
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs
~ Blend to desired consistency ~
