Simple Chicken Broth


Made for Mothers Simple Chicken Broth is lovingly made with the intention to support the more sensitive metabolism. We have created a low FODMAPS and low histamine broth whilst still delivering a collagen rich, nourishing offering. A simple ingredient list and completely divine flavour, this broth includes plentiful amounts of ginger, celery and lemon. 

Handcrafted in small batches, this broth is simmered for 4 hours. Careful consideration is given to the sourcing of everything in the MFM pot. We use organic produce and 100% pastured chicken which have been humanely raised by local, regenerative farmers.

Serving Suggestions

Warm your broth by bringing it to a simmer, then take it off the heat, cool and consume. I love to sip my Simple Chicken Broth as is. You can jazz it up with a squeeze of lemon, a handful of your favourite veg, or some chilli if you like a bit of spice. Add low inflammatory grains such as brown rice or buckwheat noodles, or some dumplings for a simple meal. I also recommend using it as a base to your cooking and in particular your Asian style dishes like Japanese soups (Ramen & Udon) or Asian curries.
