Kitchari Cleanse

Made for Mothers Kitchari Cleanse is a satisfying, cooked cleanse that supports you through the colder months while still effectively detoxifying your body. 

Kitchari is a high protein, simple meal which is quickly digested and its nutrients are easily absorbed. As less energy is spent breaking down foods, the body can spend its energy detoxifying and repairing.

Traditionally part of Ayurvedic practice, this Kitchari Cleanse will take the strain off your digestive system, allowing it to heal whilst cleansing your intestinal mucosa and reigniting your digestive fire, known in Ayurveda as Agni. With the digestive system supported, the body can use it's precious energy reserves elsewhere, and as such it is able to up-regulate your detoxification pathways, drain the lymphatic system, regulate the immune system and rejuvenate the nervous system.

3 Day Cleanse includes:

1 litre of Sweet Kitchari, 2 litres of Ayurvedic Kitchari, 1 litre Botanical Broth, Turmeric Glow Broth Cubes

5 Day Cleanse includes:

2 litres of Sweet Kitchari, 4 litres of Ayurvedic Kitchari, 1.5 litres Botanical Broth, Turmeric Glow Broth Cubes

7 Day Cleanse includes:

3 litres of Sweet Kitchari, 5 litres of Ayurvedic Kitchari, 2 litres Botanical Broth, Turmeric Glow Broth Cubes
