Very Green Soup
Made for Mothers Very Green Soup is a restorative soup which is packed with green phytonutrient power and healing benefits from MFMs collagen rich, Classic Chicken Broth base. Buckwheat imparts a wonderful texture to this soup and is gluten-free, alkalising and packed with antioxidant benefits.
Moving with the seasons, we include zucchini in autumn, spring and summer. And potato in winter.
And we include broccoli in autumn, winter and spring. And peas and mint in summer.
Handcrafted in small batches, we give careful consideration to the sourcing of everything in the MFM pot. We use organic produce and 100% pastured chicken which have been humanely raised by local, regenerative farmers.

Warm your Very Green Soup by bringing it to a simmer, stirring regularly, then take it off the heat, cool and consume. I like to consume my Very Green Soup as is. I also recommend topping it with a handful of nuts and seeds, some parmesan or goat cheese or even a sprinkle of your favourite spice mix.
