Made for Mothers Sri Lankan Black Chicken Curry is a deep, rich curry inspired by a love & connection with Sri Lankan cuisine. The flavoursome gravy has a base of MFMs 'Foundation Broth' & tomatoes, and a hint of delicate saffron. Cardamom is a main feature as it perfectly compliments this curry.

Handcrafted in small batches, we give careful consideration to the sourcing of everything in the MFM pot. We use organic produce and 100% pastured chicken which have been humanely raised by local, regenerative farmers.

Serving Suggestions

Warm your curry by bringing it to a slight boil, stirring regularly, then immediately take it off the heat, cool and consume. I like to consume my Sri Lankan Chicken Curry as is. I also recommend adding some chopped coriander, green veg or low inflammatory grains such as basmati, brown rice or lentils for a more substantial meal.
