Immune Chicken Broth
With Asian inspired flavours & healing benefits from the gelatinous wobble, garlic, ginger & turmeric, Made for Mothers Immune Chicken Broth feels like a “big warm hug”. The synergy of ingredients gives you an immune boost like no other, enables you to heal your gut & enhance your health.
Foundation Broth is full to the brim with the right goodness that your body needs to replenish and rebuild. The broth wobble is a sign that it's high in gelatine and essential nutrients which heal the gut, stimulate digestion, enhance immunity and give skin its youthful glow. I've included unique botanicals to impart traditional healing wisdom and an abundance of phytonutrient benefit. Put simply, 'Foundation Broth' is liquid gold!
Handcrafted in small batches, our broths are slowly simmered for 18 to 24 hours. Careful consideration is given to the sourcing of everything in the MFM pot. We use organic produce and 100% pastured beef and chicken which have been humanely raised by local, small-scale regenerative farmers.
To all our garnish lovers, our 500mls size will satisfy your love and provide you the delish garnish option of coriander, spring onion, garlic and ginger.
Our 1 litre option has no garnish, making it more practical when using it in your culinary creations as well as ease when feeding little (sometimes fussy) people in the house.
Water, pastured chicken bones, lemon, onion, celery, carrot, garlic, ginger, sea salt, turmeric, black pepper, arame
500mls additional: Spring onion, coriander
Gluten & dairy free
Garlic, ginger, turmeric, coriander, black pepper, arame
Warm your broth by bringing it to a slight boil, then immediately take it off the heat, cool and consume. I love to sip my Foundation Immune Chicken Broth as is. You can jazz it up with a squeeze of lemon, a handful of your favourite veg, or some chilli if you like a bit of spice. Add low inflammatory grains such as brown rice or buckwheat noodles, or some dumplings for a simple meal. I also recommend using it as a base to your cooking and in particular your Asian style dishes like Japanese soups (Ramen & Udon) or Asian curries.
