Handcrafted in small batches, our broths are slowly simmered for 18 to 24 hours. Careful consideration is given to the sourcing of everything in the MFM pot. We use organic produce and 100% pastured chicken which have been humanely raised by local, regenerative farmers.
To all our garnish lovers, our 500mls size will satisfy your love and provide you the delish garnish option of coriander, spring onion, garlic and ginger.
Our 1 litre option has no garnish, making it more practical when using it in your culinary creations as well as ease when feeding little (sometimes fussy) people in the house.

Warm your broth by bringing it to a slight boil, then immediately take it off the heat, cool and consume. I love to sip my Foundation Immune Chicken Broth as is. You can jazz it up with a squeeze of lemon, a handful of your favourite veg, or some chilli if you like a bit of spice. Add low inflammatory grains such as brown rice or buckwheat noodles, or some dumplings for a simple meal. I also recommend using it as a base to your cooking and in particular your Asian style dishes like Japanese soups (Ramen & Udon) or Asian curries.
