Warm your broth by bringing it to a slight boil, then immediately take it off the heat, cool and consume. I love to sip my Foundation Immune Booster Broth as is. You can jazz it up with a squeeze of lemon, a handful of your favourite veg, or some chilli if you like a bit of spice. Add low inflammatory grains such as brown rice or buckwheat noodles for a simple meal. I also recommend using it as a base to your cooking and in particular your Asian style dishes like Japanese soups (Ramen & Udon) or Asian curries.
