A common noodle in Asia for centuries. Translucent vermicelli noodles of 100% steamed rice, they are cooked in just minutes. A fabulous addition to any of our signature broths. They make a delicious pho or can be paired beautifully with vegetables, chopped herbs and ginger, kimchi or a protein addition like tofu, boiled eggs, chicken or sliced beef. One packet is 200g.

Serving Suggestions
Fill a large bowl or pot with lukewarm water, add noodles and leave soaking for 3-5 minutes. Rinse and add to your cooking.
