Beef & Pork Ragu
Made for Mothers Beef & Pork Ragu would make any Nonna proud. It has been lovingly made with a 24 hour collagen rich chicken broth base spiked with nettle, parsley and bay. This heavily broth base is further simmered for 8 hours with 100% pasture raised beef and pork, a soffritto of carrot, celery, onion and garlic, Italian tomatoes and mediterranean herbs. The beef mince includes a portion of heart and liver which are prized for their nutrient profile especially their high iron content. One jar feeds a family of four with pasta or another base of your choice.

Warm your sauce to a simmer, stirring regularly, then take it off the heat, cool & consume. Serve it with your favourite pasta, zucchini noodles, oven roasted eggplant or as pizza sauce.
