This is a dairy free option which is decadent, satisfying and super easy to whip up. You might need a spoon instead of a straw and it borders more on an ice-cream style treat than a smoothie.... which is best enjoyed when you have the house to yourself and ready to float through the day on mum-time!!
For one serve
- 1/4 cup coconut cream + 1 frozen banana
- 1 Made for Mothers Sexy Cacao broth cube
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 shot of coffee + an extra splash of water if needed
- 2 dates
~ Blend the coconut cream and banana and transfer to the bottom of the glass, then bend all the remaining ingredient to a smooth consistency and top the rest of the glass ~
